About Gloucester Yoga

Gloucester Yoga's MISSION is to provide affordable yoga and related activities in an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing environment. Caring and encouraging instructors will provide a variety of yoga styles so that people of all body types and fitness levels can create or grow their practice for greater health, happiness, and well-being. Our VISION is to not lose sight of our current mission.

We believe yoga is so much more than the physical poses and we strive to bring all aspects of yoga into classes. Whether you practice yoga to increase flexibility, relieve stress, enhance your mental clarity, or to improve your overall health, Gloucester Yoga is here to guide you along your path as you discover yoga’s healing powers.

All yoga instructors have completed a 200-hour teacher training program. In addition, several of the instructors have completed the 300-hour advanced teacher training program.

Gloucester's Premier Yoga Studio

Gloucester Yoga is the first yoga studio to open its doors in the County of Gloucester, Virginia. Gloucester Yoga has been assisting practitioners with their personal growth since 2016.

Gloucester Yoga is located three miles north of the George P. Coleman Bridge in Abingdon Square.
